WHAT TO EXPECT

From the moment you enter the See Greene Aromatherapy Room you will begin to relax. The warmth, subtle lighting and aromas from the diffuser will fill your senses immediately and you will begin to breathe deeply.

During your initial Aromatherapy session I will carry out an in depth consultation with you to ensure that your treatment is effective and carried out safely.

So that we have plenty of time to discuss your needs and answer any questions, your first treatment could take an extra 15-30 minutes.

At the beginning of subsequent treatments we will catch up to find out if anything has changed, if there has been any improvement in the area we worked on and if there was anything from the last treatment that could be changed to improve the outcome, comfort and enjoyment.

I will introduce you to a selection of Essential Oils suitable for your main concerns, taking time to inhale and enjoy the aroma’s. A combination of between 2-4 Essential Oils will be brought together to create one synergy blend and a few drops will also be placed on an Aroma Pad allowing you to inhale the beautiful Aroma’s throughout the whole treatment.

We will also discuss Inhalation and Exhalation techniques and the types of massage techniques that I would like to use so that you have some idea of what to expect. This might include a combination of some shiatsu, pressure point, gentle effleurage, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, reflexology and stretching.

PRICING

I charge for my time which allows your Aromatherapy session to be tailored to your needs.

Initial Aromatherapy session - £55

This will be 1 hour and 30 minutes to allow for a consultation.

FOLLOW UP Aromatherapy sessions - £55

Following Aromatherapy Treatments will be one hour but please plan for an additional 15 minutes to allow for a brief recap on the previous treatment and for presenting conditions on the day.
